Toyota Electric Cars!
Toyota have of course been long involved in the Hybrid petrol/electric vehicle market and have proven credentials with the very successful Prius.
They have now revealed a whole new concept in electric cars with the FT-EV II.
Smaller than most others, it is designed for city life and will apparently accomodate 4 people despite it's small size.
It uses the very latest battery technology as well as having a very unique joystick steering system. Toyota are also working on ensuring the car has the capability to provide the required creature comforts such as efficient air conditioning.
Will it catch on though?
